Unbond Tokens

Unbonding Hedge tokens involves a 3-week waiting period before they become fully transferable.

hedged tx staking unbond <validator_address> <amount_to_unbond>uhedge --from <key_name> --gas auto --gas-adjustment 1.5 --gas-prices 0.025uhedge --chain-id <chain_id>
  • <validator_address>: Replace with the Hedge address of the validator you want to unbond from.
  • <amount_to_unbond>: Specify the amount of Hedge tokens you want to unbond (Ex: 10000000uhedge)
  • <key_name>: Indicate the name of the key you are using for delegation.
  • --gas auto: Automatically estimates gas needed for the transaction.
  • --gas-adjustment 1.5: Adjusts gas estimation to ensure transaction completion.
  • --gas-prices <gasPrice>: Sets the maximum gas price you're willing to pay
